Returns & Exchanges

• If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  
• To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at sales@elkfieldhomegoods.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — quickly and at no cost to you.
 
Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used candles, body butter, lip balm, or face salves, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
 
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
