Meredith Jaramus is the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Elk Field Home Goods, where she brings her artistic vision and entrepreneurial energy to life through handcrafted, all-natural home and body goods. Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana and now based in Golden, Colorado, Meredith balances her creative drive with a love for the outdoors—snowboarding, climbing, and biking whenever she can. Above all, she's a devoted mother, wife, and daughter who believes in building a business grounded in integrity, sustainability, and family values.

Operations Manager
Ella Link is the Operations Manager at Elk Field Home Goods, where she also serves as Compliance Officer and Manufacturing Manager. Based in Lakewood, Colorado, Ella helps ensure every product—whether a hand-poured candle or a small-batch beeswax balm—meets the highest standards for quality, sustainability, and care. Behind the scenes, she keeps production flowing smoothly and stays on top of regulatory best practices so the rest of the team can focus on craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Ella enjoys a good book, great movies, all kinds of music, and the company of her four beloved chinchillas. Family time is her favorite time, especially when it includes laughter and a cozy home full of candles.

Co-Owner at Elk Field Home Goods | Young Creative | Future CEO in Training
Remi is the youngest Co-Owner of Elk Field Home Goods, where she brings her artistic talent, attention to detail, and unstoppable energy to everything from product design to warehouse organization. At just 9 years old, Remi is already a passionate entrepreneur, creative force, and enthusiastic team member.
When she’s not helping out at the warehouse or sketching new ideas, Remi can be found on the trampoline, snowboarding, climbing, or mountain biking around Golden, Colorado. She loves spending time with her family and her two dogs, Aspen and Reece.

Sales Executive
Amelia Link is the Sales Executive at Elk Field Home Goods, where she leads sales operations, manages wholesale fulfillment, and brings our handmade products to life at farmer’s markets across Colorado. Based in Lakewood, Amelia combines her natural warmth and attention to detail with a deep passion for connecting customers with clean, small-batch home and body goods. Outside of work, she enjoys movies, music, caring for animals, and spending time with her family and beloved puppies.
